Aim And Objective

AIM AND OBJECTIVE

The Registered office of “ STAFF” shall for present time be at Aloke Nagar,

Balangir. PO/Dist- Balangir, Orissa ( and may change from time to time for

majority decision of the Trustees).

1.   The Trustees shall administer the funds for the following objects and purpose.

a)   EVANGELICAL

i)             To practically transmit the living word of God, by teaching and servant hood, to fulfill his desire.

ii)            To sponsor teaching seminars and provide training to Pastors Evangelists and Church leaders and to promoted Evangelism and Church Planting, with leadership Training Camps, Woman prayer Fellowship and Short Term & Long Term Bible Training.

iii)           To Hold Seminar and Crusades at different level.

b)  SOCIO-ECONIMIC

To spread education and for achieving the said object establish

maintain run, develop and improve extend, grant donation in cash or

kind and assist in the establishment, maintenance, running,

development, improvements, and extension of schools, colleges,

industrial  and technical schools, spiritual, vocational institutions, and

research for micro plan, institution for promotion of Agriculture,

environment hostels for the benefit of the downtrodden/ Tribal Children,

students, maintain agriculture farms and as such for the benefit of the

poor.

c)    To establish, maintain or acquire library or socio-spiritual libraries for the benefit of the student’s community and mass.

d)    To institute and award scholarship in India for study research and apprentice for all or any of the aforesaid educational purposes.

e)    To establish, maintain run, develop, improved extend, grant donations for and to aid and assist in the establishment, maintain running developments, , improvements and extension of hospitals, clinic, X-ray plants, dispensaries, maternity houses, recreation centers and all similar institution.

f)     To conduct poor feeing land generally give food and regiment to the poor needy and disabled person and afford relief to people in distress, due to natural calamities, accident, earth quake, flood, famine, epidemic and conduct all grant, donation for the support of orphanage and welfare institution.

g)    To carry out community development programs for the upliftment of the economically weaker section of the society and also construct and develop community centers half way centers to carry out show activities.

h)    To provide food shelter, clothing medical care and education for the needy and socially segregated children from depressed communities.

i)     To open, urn, continue, educational and vocational school, or institutions in healthy and salubrious surrounding.

a.    To engage teachers, professors, instructors, pastors and experts of good moral character and conductible to impart efficiently, economical up to date instruction of pupils and students in modern science, industrial vocation, spiritual vocation and research work, intellectual and other useful pursuits.

b.    To develop a healthy as well as critical attitude towards the developments of the mental, physical and moral upliftment of the students and all those connected with the institution so as to make them good citizens.

c.    To establish maintain and run boarding house and residential institutions for the students and those connected with the institution.

d.    To invest dispose of transfer and otherwise deal with the subject matter of the Trust in such manner as the Trustees should deem so as to enable the society to carry on the objects of the Trust effectively.

e.    To accept donation, grants and other offerings and to deal with the same for the purposes of the Trust.

f.     To charge moderate tuition fees and otherwise equip themselves for the out lay and expenses income and in the upkeep and maintain the institution established or about to be established under the deed.

g.    To train and equip the pupils so as to be self-supporting in and honorable and decent way of life so as to develop into good, healthy and progressive citizens.

h.    To promote and inculcate the dignity of labor the appreciation of intellectual gift and talent of all kinds

i.     To encourage sportsman and adventurous spirit in the pupil’s ad these connected with the institution and coming in contact with them and the participants in the games of skills and powerless.

j.     To develop disciplinary conduct and habit to observe the rules of law and self- resident respecting the secular norms of values of the constitution.

k.    To bring out, encourage and develop the inventive and research faculties of the pupil and teachers and to afford opportunity for research work in science and industrial undertaking
